The Stars of the Year Awards have been an integral part of Yıldız Holding’s culture since 2008, celebrating excellence, innovation, and collaboration across our organization. The program recognizes and rewards successful business practices, impactful projects, and the outstanding efforts of our employees.
Since 2016, the awards have expanded globally to include all Yıldız Holding companies worldwide. Now, after a decade, it introduces an enhanced structure with two distinct award groups:
• Group Awards, where projects are evaluated within their respective group (e.g., pladis, Food, Retail, Gözde & HQ).
• Yıldız Holding Awards, where projects are evaluated collectively across all groups and companies under Yıldız Holding-level categories.
By celebrating success stories, we ensure that high-value contributions serve as benchmarks and inspiration for the entire organization.
